How are you, really?
Therapy. So you can stop pretending.
I’m Michelle Lehoux (she/her)
I help people reconnect with what truly matters in a world that often pulls us in the opposite direction. Constant busyness, endless distractions, and competing priorities can make it easy to lose sight of the relationships and experiences that bring us real peace and fulfillment.
We’re conditioned to chase fleeting happiness—believing that more success, more productivity, or the next big purchase will make us whole. But feeling like enough and having enough never comes, and exhaustion takes over. We default to mindless scrolling, binge-watching, and going through the motions—often at the expense of our well-being, our relationships, and the things that truly nourish us.

Is Counselling Right For Me?
Considering therapy is a big step, and it’s natural to have questions. Therapy can be helpful if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply curious about understanding yourself better. It’s not just for crises—it’s for anyone seeking clarity, growth, or support in navigating life’s challenges. Whether you’re struggling with stress, relationships, or major life transitions, therapy offers a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings.

The secret of life, though, is to fall seven times and to get up eight times.
